Flex-Ability
Flex-Ability is a program designed by chiropractors, physiotherapists, and dancers to help students develop industry-standard skills in a safe and supportive environment.

The program focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and enhancing body awareness while ensuring proper technique and safety.
With progressive levels of difficulty, students can conquer each level at their own pace, earning Progress Certificates along the way.

What is Flex-Ability?
Flex-Ability is a specialised strength and flexibility program unique to Legs Dance. It’s designed with input from chiropractors, physiotherapists, and dance experts to help students improve mobility, posture, and body awareness in a safe and progressive way.

Who can join Flex-Ability?
The program is open to all ages and abilities from preschoolers starting out to teens working toward advanced technique. Many parents choose Flex-Ability to complement ballet, jazz, acrobatics, or contemporary classes.

Do you need to be flexible to start?
Not at all! Flex-Ability is designed to improve flexibility over time, regardless of your starting point. Our students celebrate small wins, supported by structured levels and progress certificates

What should students wear?
No shoes are required. Legs uniforms are available at the studio leotards, shorts, crop tops, leggings, and t-shirts. The uniform helps build confidence, discipline, and a sense of belonging,

How much does Flex-Ability cost?
Fees start from $191 per term for a 1-hour class (10 weeks). Families often bundle Flex-Ability with other styles like ballet, jazz, or acrobatics to get more value and variety.​
