Rehearsals
Junior and Senior Eisteddfod Troupe rehearsals will be held regularly on Friday at the studio, beginning the first week of term. All troupe students are required to attend their rehearsal time each week (approximately 3.5 hours between 4.00pm and 7.30pm). These times may vary from week to week and students will need to check the Eisteddfod Notice Board, folder and e-mails weekly.
Routines will be taught and well rehearsed during the year and students will continue to learn the following aspects: Stretching, limbering, strengthening, technique, drama, singing and stagecraft.
Students are only permitted to miss one troupe rehearsal per term, BUT NOT TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO A PERFORMANCE OR EISTEDDFOD, AND THEY MUST ATTEND ALL EISTEDDFODS.
